Now i will tell you how to make a desktop background with mpeg movie file.......only 2 steps....
You must be install "Window Vista Ultimate"...
First of all, you need to download dreamscene from Windows Vista Update, click the start orb, go to control panel, sort everything into classic view, click on windows update near the bottom, click on "view available extra's" check the box next to dreamscene and press install. When prompted restart the computer.
And then right click on desktop and choose desktop background=> Window Dream Sence content ,,,or ,,videos=> and then choose mpeg movie file as you like => have a fun !!!
